Job summary

Harvest Group is seeking a Digital Shelf Integration (DSI) Manager in the United States to lead the execution and management of our clients’ digital shelf across major retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Kroger. You’ll serve as the primary client contact, driving strategy and ensuring best-in-class visibility, discoverability, and online conversion.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of ecommerce, digital shelf, or digital content management.
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf strategy across Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Knowledge of SEO, GEO, keywording, & general optimization for PDPs and brand stores.
  • Proven ability to translate retailer and shopper insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Experience managing client relationships, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data sets, identify key opportunities, and present insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Experience delegating and providing direction cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on digital shelf matters across the eCommerce landscape especially for Amazon, Walmart, Target, & Kroger.
  • Partner with clients’ marketing, sales, and ecommerce teams to develop and implement digital shelf strategies that drive visibility, conversion, and sales growth.
  • Direct and prioritize task delegation to a supporting Coordinator, ensuring alignment to client goals and timelines.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to provide actionable insights and opportunities for digital shelf optimization.
  • Manage coordination and collaboration between client, Creative, and Content teams to facilitate the creation, maintenance, and optimization of all aspects of the client’s digital shelf.
  • Act as project manager for creative digital shelf projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to deadlines.
  • Stay current on evolving retailer platforms, ecommerce trends and strategies, and digital shelf best practices to proactively guide client strategy.

Description

The Digital Shelf Integration (DSI) Manager will lead the execution and management of our clients’ digital shelf across the retail landscape, with particular focus on Amazon, Walmart, and Target. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, driving strategy and execution to ensure products achieve best-in-class visibility, discoverability, and conversion online.

By combining strong digital shelf strategy expertise with client management skills, the DSI Manager will identify opportunities, optimize product content, and ensure alignment between client goals and retailer requirements. This role requires balancing day-to-day management with proactive identification of emerging digital shelf trends and risks.

For this role we prefer that candidates are based out of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, MS, NV, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.

  • Act as project manager for creative digital shelf projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to deadlines.
  • Stay current on evolving retailer platforms, ecommerce trends and strategies, and digital shelf best practices to proactively guide client strategy.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital shelf, or digital content management (CPG industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf strategy across Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Knowledge of SEO, GEO, keywording, & general optimization best practices for PDPs, brand stores, etc..
  • Proven ability to translate retailer and shopper insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Experience managing client relationships, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data sets, identify key opportunities, and present insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.

Preferred
  • Working knowledge of content syndication tools (e.g. Syndigo/Salsify) and/or retailer portals (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart SupplierOne, Target POL etc.)
  • Prior experience with creative workflows and projects.
  • Proficiency using Generative AI tools like ChatGPT to solve business problems.

We carefully consider a wide-ranging list of factors to determine compensation, including but not limited to level of job-related experience, knowledge, skills, location, etc. Base pay is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package.

The national hiring starting base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
