The Worldwide Channel Strategy and Operations (WW CSO) team provides operational support to our Channel branded programs through preservation, technology, installation and supply expertise. The Digital Screen Program Manager will be responsible for Apple’s multimedia presentations within retail store fixtures. This position will own the complete life-cycle of digital displays from operational design input through installation and ongoing life cycle support.
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience of operating large-format digital multimedia signage
- 3-5 years experience in the technical maintenance field
- Experience working with multiple content management systems, LED video walls, and custom digital signage
- Experience in channel management and vendor management
- Background in data analysis, design and development of reporting. Tableau experience a plus
- Self-starter with ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects with a calm, flexible approach with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills vital as well as a deep understanding of the Apple brand
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, macOS and Keynote
- Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date with technological and software developments in the industry
- Retail fixture development and deployment experience a plus
- Coding working knowledge of Java, C++ a plus
Description
In this role, you will:
- Partner with internal design teams in order to continuously validate methods and techniques of design and repair to ensure they are consistent with brand expectations.
- Work directly with local Program Managers to deliver Apple look and feel standards while working within the parameters of reseller operations.
- Monitor repair and maintenance activity daily. Work with Project Managers and vendors to ensure repairs are processed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Run status maintenance reports and identify cost saving opportunities. Build and maintain a dashboard for local teams and leadership. Calculate operational spend for each program, reseller and location.
- Create/provide guidance on fixture field wear & tear, assembly/access requirements, material repair methods to inform and instruct global best practices to Apple business Partners and external vendors.
- Coordinate daily operations of digital multimedia signage, including management of service tickets, ensure strong communication for each, providing live troubleshooting with vendors and field employees as well as validation of proper solution to each with both timeliness and quality.
- Performance manage all operations of vendors to ensure Apple’s service expectations are met.
- Continually assess overall program cost and return on investment for Apple. Maintain close working relationships with Finance, Marcom and Sales teams.
- Spend time in shops to understand where program improvements can be implemented. Maintain an intimate knowledge of all business aspects of Apple branded programs.
- Rely on strong communication with team members, both domestically and internationally.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical background involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $188,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
