Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Sales Intern located in Allentown, PA, who will support ADP’s sales efforts. The intern will network with decision-makers, develop prospecting strategies, and collaborate with the Training team to enhance selling skills.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, persistent, and currently attending school with significant progress in their degree. This role provides opportunities for continuous learning and a culture that values diversity and inclusion.

What you’ll do

As a Sales Intern, you will work with a dedicated Sales Representative to support ADP’s sales efforts by:

• Networking with key decision‑makers in a designated territory
• Developing and executing a prospecting strategy for ADP payroll and human resources solutions
• Mining existing and prospective clients for referral business
• Working with our Training team to grow your selling skills

To succeed in this role: Required Qualifications

• Positive Self‑Starter: Upbeat, persistent, able to cold‑call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in‑person, and on the phone.
• Agile Solution Seeker: Solves problems and finds solutions even in fast‑paced change.
• Continuous Learner: Currently attending school and has completed at least three years of a four‑year bachelor’s degree program.

• Prior sales experience
