Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in sales operations or account management.
• Experience in Ad Tech or digital account management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support sales on client campaigns: IO/contract, inventory checks, fulfillment.
• Book/manage media inventory and client campaigns.
• Maintain CRM records and provide campaign updates.
• Generate detailed campaign reports and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and retain clients.
• Build strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Help develop and document account management processes.
