Job summary

Charter Manufacturing in Mequon, WI invites recent graduates to join a two-year Digital Rotational Analyst program (Techno-Functional Track). You’ll rotate across Customer Experience/Help Desk, Business Analyst, Architecture, BI&A/Data Science, and Software Automation to build foundational IT and business skills in a real manufacturing setting.

Hybrid work allows three days in the office and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Internship or related experience in IT or business environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel in the greater Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital professionals in executing project work and daily rotations.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects within the business.
• Develop foundational IT and business skills through each rotation.
• Engage with mentors and managers across rotations.
