U.S. Legal Support is seeking motivated, tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Digital Reporters. No prior legal experience is required.

We provide comprehensive training, certification support, and ongoing development to help you build a rewarding career in the legal services industry. Digital Reporters create and manage the official audio record of legal proceedings, including depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and other events.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed 55+ words per minute.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally within the assigned market.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Mansioni

• Attend depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
• Administer oaths to witnesses (training provided).
• Manage the official audio record during proceedings.
• Ensure all participants are properly identified on the record.
• Maintain professionalism with attorneys, witnesses, and clients.
• Set up, test, and operate digital audio recording equipment.
• Manage remote proceedings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues before and during proceedings.
• Transport and maintain company-provided equipment.
• Organize audio recordings, exhibits, and supporting documentation.
• Upload and prepare files for transcription and production teams.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain case records and required reporting information.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during every proceeding.
