Esquire Deposition Solutions Llc in Pensacola, FL, seeks a Digital Reporter to capture verbatim records of depositions and judicial proceedings with advanced recording tech. You may work in-person or remotely, ensuring high-quality audio/video documentation and smooth proceedings.

You will annotate testimony for transcription, manage exhibits and files, and maintain professionalism with clients and attorneys. A Notary license and CER certification are preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in legal studies, communications, or audio/visual technology.
• Notary Public license and AAERT CER certification preferred or obtainable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing 60 wpm with accuracy.
• Experience with court procedures and digital recording technology preferred.

Whether in-person or remote, you'll use specialized recording software and hardware to produce high-quality audio/video documentation.
