Responsibilities

1. Host Zoom calls for clients, welcoming them and answering their questions related to the Parrot experience.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues on Zoom for attendees, such as muted audio and screen sharing.
3. Swear in witnesses, go on and off record, and perform other procedural requirements in legal proceedings.
4. Act as guardian of the transcript, ensuring audio is of highest quality and every word is capturable by the Parrot transcription software.
5. Follow provided scripts verbatim and navigate through the proceeding form.
6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

1. You must have an active Notary Public license and be physically located in one of the following states: Connecticut, Indiana, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Colorado, Pennsylvania, or New York.
2. Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
3. Video-enabled computer with reliable access to necessary software.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. At least part-time availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM in your local time zone, Monday through Friday.
6. Familiarity working with Zoom.
7. Nice to have: experience in the legal industry.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22-$35 per hour, direct deposited to your bank weekly
