Daimler Truck North America LLC is seeking a Digital Readiness Analyst II to ensure data integrity for Aftermarket data, partnering with DTNA Aftermarket and Engineering. The role may act as data steward and liaison between internal and external customers, with a focus on governance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of responsibility for data governance of an organization's critical data assets.
• Serve as data steward to ensure data quality supports business processes.
• Engage with leadership to quantify business impact of data quality issues.
• Assess current state of data quality within scope of responsibility.
• Establish target goals for data quality improvement and identify approaches to achieve targets.
• Implement improvement approaches across area of control.
• Identify data quality metrics and execute audits to benchmark quality.
• Monitor and report ongoing data quality levels.

Inside the Role

The Digital Readiness Analyst II ensures data integrity on Aftermarket data in collaboration with DTNA Aftermarket and Engineering departments. This position will have ability to serve as data steward in our department and be the liaison between DTNA internal and external customers.

Position offers a starting salary range of $65,000 – $83,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Data stewards are not owners of the data but rather serve as trustees to ensure adequate data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes
• Engages with business leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of data quality issues
• Assesses the current state of data quality within their scope of responsibility
• Establishes target goals for data quality improvement and identifies optimal approaches for resolving data quality issues to achieve targets
• Works within and beyond area of control to implement improvement approaches
• Identifies data quality metrics and executes data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
• Monitors, tracks and reports ongoing data quality levels

Knowledge You Should Bring
