Job summary

United Imaging is seeking an Application Specialist – Digital Radiography Imaging to provide on-site education for DR systems, including demonstrations, updates, and upgrades. You will train technologists and support clinical workflows to expand customer portfolios.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Digital Radiography, ARRT certification, and the ability to travel 75% across the US while collaborating with R&D/CRM teams for troubleshooting and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Digital Radiography and a minimum of 5 years’ technical/clinical industry experience.
• ARRT or equivalent specific DR modality certification.
• Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment.
• Proficient use of computer applications, such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and navigating other computer and web‑based tools
• Ability to learn specialized industry‑specific software and provide digital education and DR training solutions
• Required travel and overnight stays and travel +75% within the US.
• IR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer training, consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, including having the ability to deliver clinical education, adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
• Provide on‑site applications support to process and resolve customer complaints quickly; provide remote support when not on‑site.
• Provide on‑site application education for Digital Radiography (DR), including demonstration, updates, and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
• Support the R&D/CRM process, including customer need and issues, as well as the provision of troubleshooting know‑how and experience.
• Assist in the development of applications training courses to be delivered on‑site at customer locations or at the United Imaging Headquarters and Training Center in Houston and coaching new employees.
• Provide as need sales team support for product demonstrations, preparation of clinical cases and presenting images to clinicians/physicians.
