Job summary

OpenTalent in Newark, Delaware is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to develop and maintain dashboards, Power Apps, and reporting tools for manufacturing and quality teams.

You will ensure data integrity, partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and IT, and advance digital solutions while improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Understanding OPC, TCP/IP, and Serial communication.
• Data integrity, traceability, and compliance with quality system requirements.
• Ability to balance technical rigor with usable solutions.
• Continuous improvement mindset; data-driven.
