Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Digital QC LIMS Scientist to support routine Quality Control operations and drive global digital transformation initiatives. You will work with local and global LIMS teams, collaborating with stakeholders in Quality Control, QA, Production, and IT to implement digital laboratory solutions.

The role involves data changes in LIMS, 1st/2nd level support, and development of LIMS calculations, with opportunities to contribute to global projects and maintain data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work at the intersection of laboratory science and information technology.
• Proven experience as a data steward or master data expert, preferably with LIMS.
• Experience in laboratory or life sciences environments, such as pharmaceutical or biotech.
• Experience with SQL and database concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform, review and document dynamic and static data changes in LIMS.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for LIMS users and data consumers per CSL documentation and data integrity requirements.
• Lead the development of LIMS calculations in collaboration with requestors.
• Coordinate the implementation of local and global changes and projects as a subject matter expert for LIMS topics.
