The ideal candidate will master web and mobile testing, API validation, and end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring high-quality experiences while collaborating with Product, Developers, UX teams, and QA colleagues throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software QA or digital QA experience.
• Hands-on manual testing of web and mobile apps.
• Experience with SDLC/QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute QA activities across the SDLC.
• Review requirements and designs to identify gaps and risks.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, data, and execution plans.
• Perform hands-on manual functional testing of digital apps.
• Validate APIs and data with tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Coordinate defect reproduction and root-cause analysis with developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support UAT and release validation.
