Cicero Transact is seeking motivated, dynamic, high-energy professionals to join our Platform Engagement Team focused on the success of our partners and members. The Digital Project Manager role is a full-time position that requires 40+ flexible hours per week to accommodate our worldwide membership (remote work will be considered). If you are a hard-working, team player who is capable of multitasking without the need for constant supervision – we want to meet you!

Job Description

1. Plan and implement projects – initially technical such as system development, roll out of tools etc. with potential to expand scope.
2. Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Define tasks and required resources.
4. Collect and manage project teams.
5. Allocate project resources.
6. Create schedule and project timeline.
7. Support and direct team.
8. Lead quality assurance.
9. Monitor and report on project progress.
10. Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
11. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
12. Evaluate and assess result of project.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
2. Knowledge of techniques and tools.
3. Experience as a project manager.
4. Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
5. Proficiency in project management software tools.
