Job summary

Atlantic BT is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead web and application initiatives from discovery through deployment. You will guide clients through the Plan, Build, and Manage framework, aligning across cross-functional teams to drive scope, budget, and timelines.

Strong PM experience in an agency setting and hands-on CMS knowledge are essential. You will coordinate hosting needs, manage contracts, and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency, while maintaining excellent client

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of digital project management experience, preferably within an agency environment (PMP not required).
• Solid understanding of web development, techniques and best practices.
• Experience managing builds on enterprise CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Umbraco) and familiarity with modern web stacks (.NET, React).
• Ability to manage multiple projects ranging in complexity simultaneously with dedicated teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management ecosystems (Jira, Odoo).
• Entrepreneurial “out of the box” individual who thinks conceptually and has the ability to create and champion ideas through the approval process to implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Demonstrate open, transparent communication (Be Honest) to solve complex challenges collaboratively and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Must be able to work in a team oriented agency environment and be goals/results oriented
• Excellent self-motivator with organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis who are able to execute with strong business, people and presentation skills.

Workplace Environment

• ABT operates as a remote-first company. This is a remote role supported by virtual and in-person team connection.
• This job requires routine desk and computer work. No travel is required.
