• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, resource allocation, and project scope with precision.
• Demonstrable track record of effective client communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong passion for digital solutions, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows across agile, fast-tracked deployments to multi-phase implementations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones, resources, scope, and budgets.
• Drive day-to-day operations across Design, Technology, and Strategy teams.
• Schedule internal and client meetings, capture actions, and ensure timely completion.
• Identify project risks and work with team leads to resolve bottlenecks.
• Support development of deliverables for diverse client portfolios.
• Synthesize client feedback into actionable next steps.
• Facilitate workshops including discovery, design thinking, and planning sessions.
• Prepare project status reports and client-facing updates.
