Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation of Paradox Career Sites and integrate with Workday Recruiting.

You will document business requirements, craft technical specifications for content branding and user flows, and conduct thorough UAT across devices and browsers. You’ll audit existing sites to improve time-to-hire, maintain timelines, and communicate risk and progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital project management or functional consulting managing the lifecycle of complex web apps and digital platforms.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and clarify roles and responsibilities among stakeholders.
• Experience advising on design and prototyping to inform software design and intuitive interfaces.
• Experience with website content strategy and SEO for candidate lead generation.
• Ability to understand development environments, including basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying project risks and communicating solutions.
• Proven track record of ensuring quality control of digital deliverables before launch.

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
