Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Digital Program Lead (DPL) to own the planning and execution of the Digital Technology scope for programs. This onsite role supports program leadership, management teams, and partners as a strategic business partner and change agent for digital transformation.

The candidate will work cross-functionally through proposal, start-up to sustainment, with travel as needed. Security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership and program teams.
• Develop and execute a strategic Digital Technology roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis.
• Manage KPIs, financials, EVMS, staffing; provide status reports.
• Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements.
• Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and compliance with security regulations.
• Direct and manage DT personnel, resources, and third-party collaborations.
