Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Digital Program Lead to plan and execute Digital Technology scope, aligning with program goals and security requirements.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage cost, schedule and performance, and coordinate with program management, engineering, security and finance to deliver trusted digital solutions.

This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional matrixed teams.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and performance tracking for DT tasks, including financial planning and risk management.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership, customers, program management, and suppliers.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute DT scope in alignment with performance standards, leveraging innovative solutions and initiatives.
• Lead DT and program-related projects through development and implementation, utilizing project planning, team coordination, and leadership presentations.
• Manage changes in scope and function of DT environments throughout the program lifecycle.
• Monitor and oversee cost, schedule, and performance of DT tasks/projects, including financial planning, forecasting, and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams such as Program Management, Engineering, Security, Manufacturing, Finance, and Integrated Supply Chain to ensure effective program support.
• Communicate program status and contractual deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, including strategic and tactical leadership levels.
• Participate in pre-proposal and proposal processes, strategizing with Capture Teams, Engineering, and other functions to document requirements and create executable plans.
• Ensure compliance with security and infrastructure regulations, including DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG.
• Travel domestically as required to support program needs.
