Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of Internet-related projects from concept through development and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, design, copywriting, content management) to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide guidance on creative and production best practices to meet customer and business needs.
• Improve Creative team productivity through process assessment and change management.
• Review SOWs and oversee processes for agency development projects.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers to align timelines and deliverables for sponsored content creation.
• Troubleshoot content management tools and escalate to Ektron support as needed.
