Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Digital Production Specialist to collaborate with marketing teams, agencies, and IT to test digital projects across platforms and ensure bug-free releases. The role oversees digital asset trafficking and acts as a liaison throughout the review process for assigned brands.

The DPS supports asset migration to Veeva CRM, guides partner education on production processes, and drives issue resolution with cross-functional teams across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external Veeva support teams for troubleshooting digital assets.
• Manage asset migration to the Veeva CRM platform from staging to production.
• Develop understanding of Veeva Vault to support partners.
• Educate teams on the digital production process and DPS roles.
• Manage complex interactive presentations from staging to production and coordinate with partners.
