Job summary

RUN Studios in Redmond, WA is seeking a Designer – Digital Production for a 10-month project. You will collaborate with Creative, Product, and Product Marketing teams to transform concepts into polished digital assets across web, social, email, landing pages, and marketing materials.

You will design scalable layouts and component-based systems in Figma, manage asset libraries, ensure accessibility and brand alignment, and maintain production standards for fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, UX Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in digital design, production design, or related roles.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, auto layout, and production workflows.
• Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into production-ready digital assets across web, social, email, and marketing campaigns.
• Build scalable layouts, component-based systems, and reusable templates.
• Collaborate with creative directors, product marketers, and external agencies.
• Maintain design systems, libraries, and production workflows.
• Review for accessibility and brand alignment.
