We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Product Specialistto support, administer, and enhance our digital platforms—Engageand MyBLDR—across multiple markets. In this role, you will be the first line of support for users, manage platform configurations, ensure data quality, and drive process improvements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, operations, and external vendors to ensure the optimal performance of our digital tools.

Key Responsibilities Include:

User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide first-line support for users of Engageand MyBLDRacross all areas.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, resolving or escalating them as appropriate.
  • Train and onboard new users, creating resources and conducting workshops to optimize platform usage.

Platform Administration

  • Administer user roles, permissions, profiles, and data access within Engage.
  • Collaborate with vendors (Salesforce and MyBLDR) to resolve issues and implement platform improvements.
  • Participate in platform maintenance, system updates, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Data Management & Reporting

  • Support data entry activities, perform clean-up tasks, and maintain data integrity across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Engageto support sales and operations insights.

Process Optimization

  • Partner with local market teams to identify user challenges and recommend digital solutions.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, features, or platform integrations.
  • Create and maintain documentation including user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical process manuals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the point of contact between IT, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
  • Communicate user feedback and functional requirements to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital support or platform administration role, preferably with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to train and support users at various technical levels.
  • Experience with data reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Salesforce Reports, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with documentation and process mapping tools (e.g., Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
