Digital Product Specialist Associate provides supports for one or more digital products. Understands how product(s) supports critical key business marketing and customer experience objectives, helps report on product KPIS to department and system leadership. Effortlessly partners with product end users/stakeholders within business units and various departments within the system to plan and manage product roadmap, product specifications, implementation of new features, and collaborate with business stakeholders to assess business and operational processes and define solutions.Job Duties:

We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Product Specialist to lead the optimization and growth of our Referring Provider Portal and provide assistance with our MyChart platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, streamline provider workflows, and empower patients with intuitive digital tools.
You’ll be responsible for gathering user feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and driving feature enhancements that align with strategic goals. Ideal candidates have a strong background in digital health products, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and a user-first mindset.
