Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Digital Product Scrum Master in the United States to facilitate Agile delivery across digital product teams, coaching on Scrum practices and removing impediments. You will work with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure delivery of business value across global teams.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, continuous improvement, and alignment among Product, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders, with a four-day-in-office requirement.

Qualifications

• CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
• Agile/Lean or project delivery certifications desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices; remove impediments.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining and prioritizing backlogs aligned to business objectives.
• Foster high-performing, self-organizing teams delivering customer and business value.
• Monitor sprint progress, delivery risks, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Remove blockers and facilitate resolution of issues impacting timelines.
• Drive predictable and efficient delivery of product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between product, technology, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and stakeholders to support successful product delivery.
• Provide transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report Agile delivery metrics; identify opportunities to improve maturity, team effectiveness, and delivery efficiency.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
