Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager, Global Digital supporting Rental Operations to lead the strategy, roadmap, and performance of a portfolio of digital products and capabilities that drive customer and business outcomes.

You’ll partner across the organization to identify opportunities, shape product vision, and deliver innovative solutions while leading and developing a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or applicable field preferred)
  • Six (6+) years or more of experience as a Product Owner or Manager, Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst
  • Six (6+) years or more of management experience including leading multiple products, product managers or owners
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Understand and advocate for customer problems and marketing/business goals across a portfolio of products and capabilities
  • Own problem definition and determine its value within our digital products
  • Develop business cases, vision and strategy for capabilities and/or portfolio products and align with company goals
  • Develop reports to grow team capabilities through training and coaching
  • Oversee resources planning for the team
  • Evaluate product specifications to meet marketing/business objectives
  • Integrate feedback into product roadmaps and development processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver digital projects within budget and schedule
  • Develop new ideas and promote features based on objective impact
  • Confirm completion of development and readiness for release
  • Develop and oversee KPIs against benchmarks and goals
  • Monitor feedback and usability data to identify needs
  • Stay informed about market trends and innovations to serve digital products and business goals

Enterprise Mobility's Marketing team is excited to announce the opening of a Product Portfolio Manager, Global Digital supporting Rental Operations!

As a Product Portfolio Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and performance of a portfolio of digital products and capabilities that drive meaningful customer and business outcomes. You'll partner across the organization to identify opportunities, shape product vision, and deliver innovative solutions while leading and developing a team of Product Managers and Product Owners. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide digital experiences and play a key role in Enterprise Mobility's continued digital transformation.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

  • Thoroughly understand and advocate for solutions to customer's problems as well as the marketing and business goals and objectives, representing that point of view on a day-to-day basis across a portfolio of products and family(ies) of Capabilities
  • Own definition of the problem that is to be solved and the determination of its value within our digital products
  • Develop business cases, vision and strategy of a family(ies) of Capabilities and/or portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals and communicate them with relevant internal teams (including MarTech, IX, IT, Brand and other Marketing teams, and Senior Leadership).
  • Develop direct reports to their full potential through training, coaching and feedback; Work with individuals on the team to create training and learning opportunities and cultivate strengths and talents
  • Oversee resources planning for the team, anticipating needs for more resources and personnel
  • Understand and evaluate new and existing product specifications across a portfolio of products to ensure the scope of the current and future product(s) meets marketing and business objectives.
  • Ensure requests and appropriate feedback are seamlessly integrated into the product road map and development processes by playing a key role in development efforts including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timeline on the implementation and launch of multiple digital product projects
  • Develop and curate new ideas, determine which ideas will achieve critical objectives and should be promoted into features, and communicate the status back to stakeholders
  • Confirm completion of product development and determine readiness for release/launch, ensuring delivery of well aligned, high value solutions through use of product life cycle and agile development methodologies
  • Develop and oversee key performance indicators for the product against industry leading benchmarks and other company and Marketing goals
  • Identify needs by monitoring feedback from various listening tools, working with IX on usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional business partners
  • Stay abreast of technical and professional trends, including market and competitive conditions, and innovations to best serve digital products, Marketing and other business goals
