Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks a Digital Product Manager for Public Web & Drupal Applications to join its cutting-edge digital team.

You will lead the conception, development, and launch of enterprise web products for clinical and workforce users, shaping the digital experience across patient care, research, and education.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Products, you will coordinate with engineers, UX designers, analytics, security, and operations to advance SAAS and enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience on a digital product team.
• Experience in agile product development.
• Experience facilitating the digital product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters.
• Experience integrating user and stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day planning and execution for multiple product streams.
• Leads one or more product delivery pods (e.g., Provider Data Management, Web Services, Faculty Scheduling).
• Builds knowledge and relationships with business and operational partners.
• Maintains product roadmaps and strategy with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Conducts technology or product assessments and defines success metrics.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams across Ops, Marketing, Clinical, Analytics, Security, UX/Design.
• Manages supervisors and contractors.
