Job summary

Allstate seeks a Product Manager to drive digital product strategy within the Architecture Compute, and Engineering organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products, and manage roadmaps aligned to business goals.

You will conduct market research, groom the backlog, monitor product performance with analytics, and influence stakeholders across the ACE organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling.
• Technical skills: development processes, human-centered design, UX/UI, digital marketing.
• Analytical skills to analyze data for decisions.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Leadership to guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and creativity to find solutions.
• Experience in networking, identity management solutions, IaC, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred.
• Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital products.
