The role requires 7+ years in digital product management within regulated industries and strong Agile, Jira, and Confluence experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital product management within regulated industries.
• 5+ years delivering complex web and mobile experiences across backend systems and APIs.
• Proven track record navigating multi-market, global digital initiatives with risk/compliance partners.
• Bachelor's degree with deep Agile delivery knowledge and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end client journey across digital, operational, and servicing touchpoints to identify experience gaps and cross-channel optimization opportunities.
• Define detailed functional requirements, user workflows, enterprise business rules, and error-handling for authenticated web and mobile experiences.
• Partner with architecture, technology, legal, risk and compliance teams to evaluate feasibility, regulatory requirements and delivery sequencing.
• Lead discovery and delivery workstreams within Agile frameworks as the central digital product authority across multiple domains.
