Mass General Brigham is seeking a Digital Projects Manager to lead technology initiatives with clinical domain insight. You will translate business needs into a feasible, de-risked technical plan that delivers high-quality deliverables.

You will develop goals, timelines, budgets, and work plans, manage projects to budget, and provide ongoing status reports to leadership and steering committees. A Bachelor's in IT or related field and 3–5 years of IT experience are required; hybrid in-office work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required.
• 3–5 years of information technology experience.
• Knowledge of systems analysis, data architecture, and data management.

Responsabilités

• Develop project goals, objectives, approach, and scope through negotiation and diplomacy that result in a well-defined, well-sponsored project.
• Develop work plans and timelines to meet project goals.
• Contribute to the development of capital and operating funding requirements associated with a project.
• Manage a project within its budget.
• Plan, manage, and oversee projects, using recognized project management methods.
• Provide ongoing project status reports to leadership, user groups, the project steering committee, and executive hospital management.
