Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead cross-functional digital initiatives that improve how we communicate, engage, and deliver care value. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects while partnering with clinical, technical, and communications teams to drive adoption.

Reporting to Digital Communications, you’ll develop strategies, manage risks, and craft executive-facing updates to support change management and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Marketing/Communications required.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in digital/healthcare or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering cross-functional digital projects with strong communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to craft executive-level messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Partner with Digital Communications, product teams, clinical leaders, and technical stakeholders to drive success.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Create high-quality written communications, presentations, updates, and implementation materials for diverse audiences.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively address challenges to maintain momentum.
