Base pay range

$145,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

Background: A prominent fully integrated healthcare system is in the midst of its digital transformation and looking to hire a Digital Product Manager. The Digital Product Manager will spearhead the development and delivery of products across its vast network of medical facilities that improve both patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

What Will You Do:

• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, execution, and release.
• Own all aspects of the product, including engineering, design, and measurement strategies.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to guide the product roadmap, focusing on areas like patient communication, telemedicine, clinical burnout, and automation.
• Design digital solutions (mobile/web apps), facilitate change management, drive user adoption, and ensure seamless integration with existing technologies.
• Introduce new products and features, evaluate their success, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Partner with operations and technology teams to ensure smooth integration with existing processes and systems.
• Be a strategic and analytical thinker, owning product prioritization and stakeholder management.

• This is a hands-on, highly strategic, and delivery-focused product management role.
• Full-time, mostly remote role with minimal travel to HQ.

Responsibilities/Experience:

• 5+ years leading full product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, innovative mindset.
• Experience leading digital transformation within an Agile environment.
• Ability to define user challenges proactively and build product POCs.
• Proven success in managing complex operational and technology deployments impacting multiple users.
• Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills for building business cases.
• Healthcare experience is a MUST.
