• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management concepts.
• Previous internship or project experience in technology, retail, or customer‑facing environments.
• Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver innovative customer experiences across Lowe’s digital platforms including Lowes.com, mobile apps, and associate-facing tools.
• Work alongside product managers, engineers, and designers to develop new features and tools.
• Shape product roadmaps and analyze user data to develop requirements.
• Assist in developing product strategies and roadmaps for digital experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze customer data, feedback, and research to inform product decisions.
• Help prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Support go‑to‑market efforts by partnering with marketing, training, and support teams.

The role has potential for conversion after graduation into a full‑time, entry‑level position as part of Lowe's Launchpad program. This rotational program helps emerging technologists strengthen skills, engage with tech leaders, and learn about Lowe’s culture, with possible final placement within 14 months.
