Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver customer experiences across Lowe’s digital platforms (website, apps, tools).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to develop features.
• Shape roadmaps and analyze data to develop requirements.
• Assist in developing product strategies for digital experiences.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze customer data, feedback, and research to inform decisions.
• Prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support go-to-market efforts with marketing, training, and support teams.
