Job summary

Gordon Food Service offers a 12-week paid internship at our Home Office in the United States, providing hands-on experience in the Digital Product Management department. You will work on analytics, data collection, dashboard reporting, and collaborate on UX and chatbot enhancements with a team of product owners and designers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analytics, data collection, and dashboard reporting for customer-facing e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with designing, executing, measuring, and monitoring A/B testing initiatives to optimize user interaction and features.
• Assist with search tuning, testing, and dataset analysis to improve customer discovery and platform functionality.
• Collaborate with full stack conversational designers and UX designers on chatbot and voice bot experience enhancements.
• Assist Product Owners with product strategy, roadmap planning, and other duties as assigned.

Education

Working alongside our Digital department team that serves our customers, employees, and partners across North America and Canada. Collaborating with other Gordon Food Service interns and employees in the following areas:

• Supply Chain
• Sales

Build a Career:

In the Digital Product Management department by:

• Assist with analytics, data collection, and dashboard reporting for customer-facing e-commerce platforms
