Overview

This internship is part of Santander’s Summer Internship Program, launching in June 2026. Participants receive immersive training in digital product management while contributing to real projects that drive innovation across the organization.

Benefits

Salary: $83,200/year (annualized, based on a 40‑hour work week). No relocation assistance is offered.
