Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 2+ years in Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Excellence or similar role.
• Experience supporting analytics-driven digital products or customer-facing platforms.
• Able to independently analyze data and translate into product/business recommendations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis; identify trends and risks.
• Synthesize complex data into concise insights and decisions.
• Understanding of digital product development and Agile delivery.
• Effective data storytelling with clear narratives and visuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with analytics, visualization, experimentation platforms; tagging basics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and map processes.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and funnel trends for insights.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations tied to KPIs.
• Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; ensure testability.
• Support prioritization with data-backed value assessments and ROI inputs.
• Partner with Product Managers to align analytics with roadmaps.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and lead sessions when appropriate.
• Maintain delivery artifacts, dashboards, and reports for transparency.
• Support UAV/UAT by defining test scenarios and documenting results.
• Develop and maintain product and business documentation for repeatable execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and partners.
• Identify data gaps and recommend improvements to improve quality and velocity.
