Overview: This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. Preference is given to locations in close proximity to SVB/FCB hubs.

About The Team: We are a Product Analytics team within the Digital Product Management organization for Silicon Valley Bank’s Commercial Business Unit, a subsidiary of First Citizens Bank. We build a reliable analytics platform that provides insights to enhance our digital products and user experience.

Job Summary: As a Digital Product Analyst, you will handle complex data analysis, translate business questions into analytics solutions, collaborate with SMEs, and develop dashboards and models to support product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction. You should have experience with digital banking data landscapes, data visualization tools, and an ability to communicate complex insights clearly.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying Business Objectives (20%): Interview stakeholders, understand requirements, and manage expectations.
2. Data Analysis (30%): Conduct advanced data analysis, collaborate across teams, and ensure data security.
3. Building Data Analytics Pipelines (20%): Design ETL workflows, develop scalable solutions, and leverage advanced analytics techniques.
4. Reporting and Insights (30%): Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Quantum Metric; establish best practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in analytics or related fields, or equivalent experience. Preferred areas include Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.

Experience required: Data visualization tools, SQL databases, programming languages (Python, SAS), and experience creating custom solutions and reports. Knowledge of digital experience software and machine learning is a plus.
