This role focuses on digital production, project coordination, planning, and delivery, requiring strong collaboration with clients, agencies, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Workfront, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital production projects from brief through launch.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop production estimates, budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Oversee owned and paid media initiatives where applicable.
• Utilize Celtra/trafficking tools to support campaigns.

• Owned & paid media experience
• Production estimates, budgets, schedules & resource planning
• Strong client, agency & cross-functional coordination
• Experience managing high-volume digital content and campaigns
• Celtra/trafficking tool experience is a plus
• Important: This is NOT a UI Developer, UX Designer, or Front-End Engineer role. We are looking for someone focused on digital production, project coordination, planning, and delivery.
