Job summary

IMAGE FIRST OF IOWA INC in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Digital Print & Vinyl Technician to produce signage using large-format printers and vinyl systems. This hands-on role includes file preparation, printing, finishing, and installation of banners, vehicle graphics, window films, and dimensional sign faces.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in sign shop workflows, and capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with sign shop production workflows.
• Proficiency with large-format printing and vinyl.
• Familiarity with RIP software and color management.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format printers to produce signage and graphics.
• Set up print jobs through RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, Flexi).
• Operate vinyl plotters, weed, laminate, and apply finishes.
• Inspect and prepare finished products for delivery or installation.
