The LPS Print Shop is seeking a highly responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate with the highest level of excellence and professionalism to join our team. The successful candidate should exhibit excellent communication, organizational and project management skills and as well as demonstrate a dedication to quality and customer service. The individual will be required to effectively communicate the district's mission, strategies, services, processes and accomplishments both internally and externally. Must have excellent team, collaboration and problem solving skills. Must have a thorough understanding of design requirements.
Any combination of educational training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform all print shop duties. Have a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office products and Google Suites. Thorough knowledge of the use and application of the photocopying process and related machines. Considerable knowledge of the operation, applications, and use of all types of binding machines. Ability to design/layout forms, pamphlets, reports, and similar materials.
Provide the district with quality customer related service, graphic designs, and professional printing results.
Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
