Qualifications

• Solid background in manufacturing or print production environments.
• Knowledge of digital print workflows and final art file prep.
• Ability to lead schedules in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on production software experience to manage volumes.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, or training production staff.
• Troubleshoot routine print machine errors and equipment issues.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
• Understand quality assurance processes in manufacturing or print ops.
• Know order fulfillment processes including picking/packing/shipping.
• Commitment to organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Responsibilities
