Quantum Fulfilment Ltd. in West Windsor, NJ is seeking a Digital Print Operator to support printing and finishing operations. You will help run Pro-Stream, Canon IX, and Ricoh printers, perform quality checks, and manage supplies to keep production flowing. Training will be provided to operate the Smyth finishing machine.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, ability to work with teams, and basic computer skills. Schedule includes a 4-day or alternate 5-day shift, with hours 4:00 PM–2:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects.
• Willingness to learn new tasks, including Smyth machine operation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating the Pro-Stream, Canon IX, and Ricoh printers to ensure quality prints are produced.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to verify accuracy and color consistency.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of supplies, including paper and ink.
• Receive and store new pallets of supplies efficiently.
• Move completed jobs to other departments as needed to maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with press operators to ensure smooth, consistent operation and production.
• Use computer-based printing software to access job information, monitor print jobs, and update production records.
• Over time, receive training and develop proficiency in operating the Smyth machine for finishing tasks.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Print Operator to support the daily operations of our printing and finishing processes. This role involves assisting with the operation of Pro-Stream, Canon IX, and Ricoh printers and, over time, will include training to operate a Smyth machine. You will be responsible for ensuring quality control, maintaining essential supplies, and assisting with smooth workflow coordination across multiple departments.

Schedule:

• Standard 4-day schedule: Four days per week, 4:00 PM- 2:30AM
• Alternate 5-day schedule: Five days per week during high-volume periods, 4:00 PM- 2:30AM

Schedules vary based on production needs.

What you’ll do

• Assist in operating the Pro-Stream, Canon IX, and Ricoh printers to ensure quality prints are produced.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to verify accuracy and color consistency.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of supplies, including paper and ink.

The pay range for this role is:

22.00 - 26.00 USD per hour
