Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Milwaukee seeks an Imaging Technician to handle daily production activities in the Imaging Department, ensuring safety standards and customer quality targets are met. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in print or graphics preferred.
• No less than 1 year previous experience in digital print.
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator and/or Graphix Advantage required.
• Must be proficient in MS Office products.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work entire shift on feet.
• Technical skills related to basic equipment maintenance required.
• Self-motivated with ability to work at a fast pace.
• High attention to detail; a good eye for color and design is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Obtains manufacturing orders and stock orders from production planning.
• Receives raw materials and verifies orders for completeness.
• Sends material from Imaging to the next manufacturing stage.
• Completes required manufacturing and stock order paperwork.
• Gains technical understanding of production processes for items.
• Retrieves order files and manipulates layouts for printing.
• Proofreads signs and labels; conducts quality assurance for accuracy.
• Strives for high manufacturing efficiency and quality standards.
• Assists in training new employees and supports production team.
• Participates in inventory counts and reports quantities to purchasing.
• Keeps the production area clean and adheres to safety protocols.
