Job summary

St. Luke’s in Houston seeks a Digital and Print Admin to ensure accurate, timely communications across print and digital media, maintain current website and app content, and provide thoughtful graphic design and production support.

You will produce weekly bulletins, event communications, posters and signage, and manage print inventory and project costs using Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, while collaborating with the Communications team across three campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience in print/digital production.
• Hands-on proficiency with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with website/app content management and basic UX.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly worship bulletins and recurring inserts with accuracy.
• Design and produce graphics, programs, posters, and signage.
• Maintain church app/website content and event calendar access.
• Create slide decks for events and services.
• Manage print inventory, invoices, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate across the Communications team and campuses.
• Assist with project intake and community communications.
