Job summary

FlagSource / JC Schultz Enterprises in Batavia, IL is seeking team members for the digital printing department to operate and learn printing processes. You will work with the Lead Digital Printer to meet schedules and ensure high-quality graphics for visual communication products.

Responsibilities include running wash lines, operating loop steamers, maintaining cleanliness, handling wide rolls of material, and coordinating with Printing, Graphics, and Operations for accurate production

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to speak and read English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines in the digital printing department to produce high quality graphics.
• Learn to print high quality graphics for visual communication products.
• Set up and run fabric through the wash line.
• Start up and understand operation of loop steamer.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of production schedules.
• Meet quality standards and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Load large rolls of paper and fabrics, stack and organize materials.
• Communicate professionally with Printing, Graphics, and Operations teams.
