Job summary

HC3 Indianapolis is seeking a Digital Press Operator to run and maintain our digital printing equipment in our production facility. You will ensure on-time delivery of high-quality output while following safety protocols and assisting with tool maintenance.

The role requires processing client jobs in the correct order, checking output accuracy, and moving heavy loads with pallet jacks. Candidates must lift up to 70 lbs, learn new equipment, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating a pallet jack or similar equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and move heavy loads safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital press equipment and perform production tasks.
• Process client jobs accurately and in proper order.
• Check quality and readiness of jobs staged for insertion.
• Document and schedule equipment maintenance as needed.
• Move inventory and printed documents using a pallet jack.
• Cross-train on other equipment to fill in as needed.
• Adhere to all safety requirements.
