RRD is seeking an EFI Nozomi 18000 Press Operator in Wisconsin to safely set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the digital press to produce high-quality printed products per customer specs, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position offers a 1st shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) on a rotating 3-on/4-off schedule, with weekend work every other week. Starting pay ranges from $26 to $32 per hour, with comprehensive benefits typical for this role.

• Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed to meet customer specifications.

• Read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and production specifications.
• Operate pre-feed systems and coating units safely and efficiently.

• Verify correct paper stocks, substrates, and materials prior to production.
• Monitor machine status, error messages, and consumable levels.
• Complete required production, maintenance, inventory, and quality documentation.
• Follow production schedules and coordinate with leadership and maintenance personnel as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Comply with all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.

Job Description

Position Summary

The EFI Nozomi 18000 Press Operator is responsible for safely setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the EFI Nozomi 18000 digital press to produce high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Additional Information

The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential.
