RRD is seeking an EFI Nozomi 18000 Press Operator for the 1st shift in Wisconsin. The role involves safely setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining the digital press to deliver high-quality prints that meet customer specs while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating the press, ensuring registration, reading job tickets, troubleshooting issues, and documenting production data.

Qualifications

• Operate, set up, and adjust the EFI Nozomi 18000 press for various print jobs and substrates.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments to meet specs.
• Troubleshoot equipment, print quality, and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press and related equipment.
• Read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and production specifications.
• Operate pre-feed systems and coating units safely and efficiently.
• Ensure correct front-to-back registration on two-sided prints.
• Verify paper stocks, substrates, and materials prior to production.
• Monitor machine status, error messages, and consumables.
• Complete production, maintenance, inventory, and quality documentation.
• Follow production schedules and coordinate with leadership and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Comply with safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Rotating schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the next week. Includes working Saturday/Sunday every other week.

Starting Pay: $26 - $32/hr

Position Summary
The EFI Nozomi 18000 Press Operator is responsible for safely setting up, operating,
monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the EFI Nozomi 18000 digital press to
produce high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications while adhering to
company safety and quality standards.

based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In additionto base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential.
