Job summary

The Vomela Companies is hiring for a 1st shift production role in Minnesota. The position offers an hourly rate of $21–$25 and involves operating and monitoring digital production equipment, inspecting quality, and maintaining records. Individuals will work with a team to meet daily goals and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to color check and match prints.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, print production, warehouse, or machine operation environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor digital production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Inspect products throughout the production process and identify quality issues before shipment.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials, and output as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve workflow challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Assist in other production-related duties as assigned.

Job Summary
